It is harmoniously blended, filtered, and bottled at an alcohol content of 43%. The liquor gleams with a champagne-golden hue, reflecting the lively yet refined character of Pouchong tea. On the nose, the chrysanthemum accentuates the white floral and refreshing tea notes. On the palate, the tea flavor stands out — bright and composed at first, followed by a lively, lingering finish. Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its layered aromas, or mixed into a gin and tonic for a refreshing twist.
